MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURT (MCTC)



MANDATE:

The Supreme Court of the Philippines and the Lower Court perform adjudicative functions vested on them by the Philippines Constitution and other applicable laws. Their judicial power includes the duty of the courts of justice to settle actual controversies involving rights which are legally demandable and enforceable, and to determine whether or not there has been a grave abuse of discretion amounting to luck of excess of jurisdiction on the part of any branch or instrumentality of the Government.

To uphold the rule of law through fair, expeditions and timely judicial process in defending the constitutional and democratic rights and welfare of the people, and consistently pursue effective and efficient administration of justice.
